Go to your Dad and tell him that you need him to go talk to Mom about this issue. THEY need to work this out because giving you mixed messages is not helpful nor appropriate. State your case with your Dad. Be calm. Be respectful. Be thoughtful. But also be clear that they need to come to an agreement because being one way then another just is unacceptable.
