Look at pictures of work your tattoo artist has done in the past. Look up tattoo pictures on google images. Find one that jumps out at you, something that you really like. Then change it up so that it is personally yours. My only recommendation is that you not put the name of your significant other. A friend of mine had a difficult time covering his ex wife's name.
