Best Welsh Books? (Desperate - 10 Points!)?

I have been looking for welsh books to learn to speak welsh fluently - not just little bits. I have not been able to find any, and it is REALLY frustrating me now! I don't want to spend loads of money on those expensive packs that you can get. Does anyone have any suggestions?
