i know some people who have been shipped in july and they signed in feb. but its always different.No you cant wear the ACU's in the d.e.p. if that's what your asking, and you can leave to boot being a pfc if you have either 15 college credits or 2 rreferrals. referals are when you get another person to enlist under your name.
