Do the Welsh have Roman blood?

I know the Romans conquered England, but did they also conquer Wales? I'm only asking this because many Welshman I have seen tend to have brown hair, brown eyes, slightly olive skin, and straight noses. So do the Welsh have some Roman ancestry?
