Part Time Work Experience in IT is Countable in MNC Companies....?

I'm a B.sc-computer science student ... i have joined mca lateral entry in a college... If i work in a IT company in part time, Part time work experience is countable in TOP IT MNC companies ? and Am i able to attend Experienced professional interview on IT MNC companies(if the company in which i'm working issues work experience certificate)
