Do you think I have a chance that I'm the dad?

well my exgirlfriend had a son two weeks ago. She recently told me he might be mine. I know there is another guy who thinks he might be the dad too. Which she dated 5 months ago. When we broke up she said she was 16 weeks pregnant. She didn't look pregnant at all. She kind of insinuated she was getting an abortion. Her son is still not home even after two weeks. To me it seems he'd be very full term if he were mine and would make no sense why he's still in the hospital. With the other guy he'd be like 24 weeks or something. And obviously in the hospital a long time. So is there a chance at all he's mine? Given the circumstances? But why is she trying to tell me it's mine if she knows it's not?
