Is it hypocritical to call Christains, "Hypocritical"?

No, when people refer to Christian hypocrisy, they're only pointing out that Christians are hypocritical and that they self-righteously proclaim morality while behaving in opposition to their own proclamations. They're not making any statements about their own behavior one way or the other, and I don't know why you seem to be assuming that they are. I can lie and still point out that someone else is lying when they are lying. It's still accurate, regardless of my own behavior.
