Hypothetical "futuristic" question about society and labor...?

I don't rely on the psychological stability of others because most communities are made up of three quarters alcoholics or drug addict or on meds or suffering mental illness. I think there would be a massive reduction of child births indeed it could be outlawed, but for the chosen few. I don't think the person would be 'got rid of' because most people enjoy novelty or something different, no I think people would be tolerant of the difference. Thankfully we are passed the days of fearing the hunchback of Notre Dame It seems like a nightmare to live where everyone knows everyone, sounds like a stagnating place. Sorry don't agree with the servitude in this respect.
